Η Κωνσταντίνα Παν. Αρβανίτη είναι Ψυχολόγος, κάτοχος Άδειας Ασκήσεως Επαγγέλματος με Mεταπτυχιακό στην Γνωστική – Συμπεριφοριστική Ψυχοθεραπεία. Είναι πιστοποιημένη Ψυχοθεραπεύτρια στη Γνωσιακή – Συμπεριφορική Ψυχοθεραπεία (CBT), στη Θεραπεία Εστιασμένη στη Συμπόνια (CFT), στη Θεραπεία Εστιασμένη στο Συναίσθημα (EFT) καθώς και στη Θεραπεία Αποδοχής και Δέσμευσης (ACT).
Ειδικεύεται στη θεραπεία των Αγχωδών και των Συναισθηματικών Διαταραχών. Είναι Επιστημονική Υπεύθυνη στο Κέντρο Ψυχοθεραπείας και Συμβουλευτικής “Another point of view” ενώ παράλληλα διδάσκει στο Εκπαιδευτικό Πρόγραμμα Ειδίκευσης στο CBT του Κέντρου Εφαρμοσμένης Ψυχοθεραπείας και Συμβουλευτικής στην Αθήνα.
